Edging - This service will redefine that clean professional appearance along your walkways, driveways, and flower beds. Typically this can be performed once a month or as needed. Included with a weekly mowing service agreement.
Spring & Fall clean-ups - Removal of leaves, pine needles and other debris from the lawns surface. We can blow leaves off into the woods, haul them away or simply vacuum up the pile of leaves you have at the curb.
Sprinkler Installation - Tie into existing water lines, install pipe, heads, valves and timer.
Sprinkler Winterization - Have your sprinkler system blown out every fall to keep it from freezing and damaging in the winter.
Irrigation Start up - Turn on water supply, adjust all heads and set the timer in the spring.
Irigation Repairs - Replace or repair damaged sprinkler heads, sprinkler valves, lines or timers as needed.
Snow Plowing - Clearing of driveways or parking lots.
Ice Management - Spreading the correct amount of salt or ice melt to maintain a slip free environment.
Roof Snow Removal - Use of roof rakes or shovels to remove the weight of the snow off the roof of your home.
Bed preparation - Redefining bed edges, removal of old mulch if needed and weeding.
Mulch - A suitable layer of mulch installed on prepared beds.
Tree and shrub pruning - Manicuring hedges and trees to a healthy and appealing size and shape.
Planting - Planting of annuals, perennials, shrubs and other small plants.
Seeding - Preparation of current soil or adding new soil, seeding and applying fertilizer.
Over seeding - This will repair those bare spots with no grass growing by preparing the locations, adding some new soil and new seed and
Slit seeding - When the entire lawn or large areas need revitalizing We use a slit seeding machine to embed grass seed into the current soil at the optimal depth.
Aeration - Use of powered machine to loosen soil to allow nutrients and water to get to the grass roots.
Fertilizing - Analysis of current conditions with a soil sample and amendments will be applied to promote the healthiest lawn and optimal growing conditions.
Retaining Walls - Use of landscape blocks or bolders to retain hillsides or smaller planting beds.
